*Essential job duties: - Lead and develop the global product compliance team and ensure consistent processes group wide - Oversees the global approval portfolio and ensures adherence to relevant regulations and product safety requirements - Development of approval proposals ready for application and new solution approaches in the area of approval - Budget and cost responsibility - Secures regulatory expertise for internal and external customers in product compliance topics - Accountable for continuous improvement and digitalization of approval, material and substance management processes as well as their database
* Requirement & Qualification: - Engineer with further education in Business Administration, Regulatory Affairs or a related field - Minimum 5 years of experiences in certifications and substance management - Leadership experience in a global environment - Good skill at listening & written English, fluent in spoken English. - Analytical and problem-solving abilities with hands-on mentality - Good communication skills and assertiveness and a strong team player
