品牌活动/KOL营销经理: Job Duties / Responsibilities 1. Brand Strategy & Management Build and manage the brand identity, values, and voice across all touchpoints. Ensure consistent brand messaging across marketing materials, campaigns, retail, and packaging. Collaborate with product marketing and design teams to reflect brand storytelling in launches and GTM. 2. Event Planning & Execution Plan and execute key brand events, such as: Product launch events Press conferences and media days Retail activations and roadshows International trade shows (e.g., NAB Show,CES) Manage event agencies, logistics, creative design, budgeting, and post-event reporting. Ensure high-quality attendee experiences and press/influencer coverage. 3. Influencer & KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Marketing Develop and manage influencer/KOL strategy across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, etc.). Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with relevant influencers in tech, lifestyle, or gadget categories. Negotiate contracts, review creative content, and track campaign performance. Coordinate seeding programs for product trials, unboxings, and reviews. 4. Public Relations & Media Collaboration Work with PR teams or agencies to secure media placements, editorials, and reviews. Coordinate with press and media during product launches and key campaigns. Prepare press kits, media Q&As, and manage PR-related crisis communication (if needed). 5. Content & Social Campaigns Oversee branded content development including videos, blog posts, product storytelling, and UGC (user-generated content). Ensure influencer and event content aligns with brand tone and campaign objectives. Collaborate with social media team to amplify influencer and event content. 6. Measurement & Optimization Track and report KPIs such as: Brand awareness and sentiment Engagement metrics Influencer ROI Event attendance and media impressions Analyze campaign outcomes to refine strategies and maximize impact. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. 2. Five(5) years of experience in brand marketing, event management, and influencer/KOL marketing. 3. Prior experience in consumer electronics or tech industry strongly preferred. 4. Experience working with agencies, media, and cross-regional teams (e.g., APAC, Europe, US) is a plus. 5. Familiar with international and regional social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, Douyin). 6. Bilingual or multicultural experience is highly valuable. 7.
