Responsibilities 1. Lead product development from customer request to a production ready product. 2. Coordinate with sales, engineering, sourcing, manufacturing (internal & external) to meet deadlines and goals. 3. Manage project timelines (~50%), resource allocation (~30%), problem solving (~10%) & sku/costing/admin work (~10%). 4. Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively solve everyday issues. 5. Directly collaborate with external vendors and suppliers. Example: Arranging proof of concept or pre-production samples. 6. Oversee product testing, feedback loops, and final approvals 7. Facilitate clear communication across departments. Eliminate uncertainties. 8. Continuously improve processes to optimize speed, quality & efficiency
Qualifications: 1. 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in consumer goods or product development. 2. Strong ability to use English in a work environment, written and oral. 3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 4. Excellent communication and team leadership abilities. 5. Familiarity with production workflows and timelines for soft goods or accessories. 6. Comfortable working hands-on in small business environment.
