Monitor the Return on Investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. 管理市场营销部门的预算,确保所有活动在预算限制内执行。 5. Manage the marketing department's budget, ensuring all activities are executed within budgetary constraints. 与购物中心忠诚度计划协调合作。 6. Coordinate with shopping mall loyalty programmes. 负责支持会员获取与保留计划,协助制定CRM战略规划与目标。 7. Responsible for supporting the member acquisition and retention programmes, assist in formulating CRM strategic plans and objectives.
要求 Requirements: 市场营销或相关领域的学士学位; 1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; 至少5年市场营销经验;其中3年在时尚零售行业; 2. Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience; including 3 years in the fashion retail industry; 出色的数据分析能力,能够提取可操作的见解以指导决策; 3. Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to extract actionable insights to guide decision-making; 强大的沟通和人际交往能力,能够跨部门有效协作; 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments; 既能独立工作,也能作为团队一员高效运作; 5. Ability to work independently as well as function efficiently as part of a team; 深入了解数字营销工具和平台; 6. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms; 具备创新思维,能够产生吸引目标受众的创意想法; 7. Innovative mindset with the ability to generate creative ideas to engage target audiences; 熟悉海外市场营销及营销推广,有在中国香港、新加坡和中国澳门工作的支持经验者优先; 8. Familiar with overseas marketing and marketing promotion, prior working experience supporting Hong Kong, Singapore, and Macau markets is preferred. 英语流利,具备出色的书面和口头沟通能力; 9. Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills; 能够分享过往工作经验案例,并展示清晰的KPI达成情况. 10. Able to share case studies of previous work experience with clear demonstration of KPIs achieved.
