工作职责 Main Responsibilities:
项目管理，成本&报价管理，与客户沟通，交货交期追踪，品质异常等项目管理事务。
Project management, cost/ quotation management, work with multiple stakeholder internally (ENG/ QC/ PUR/ CSR) and externally ( End Customers / CM) to ensure project on schedule and within budget.

1. 负责新产品开发项目全过程，从新产品导入、报价/解决开发异常点，汇总项目进度，到批量生产等，并同时领导多个项目并行开发。Responsible to lead and manage multiple product develop from NPI to MP, including but not limited to: quotation; resolving gating issues; track, summarize, and report project progress.
2. 制定项目计划，管理和监控项目的范围、进度、成本、质量，保证项目目标的达成。
Formulate a project plan, manage and monitor the scope, schedule, cost, and quality of the project to ensure the success of the project.
3. 管理和监控项目进度和预算执行情况，跟踪计划与项目范围变更。
Manage and monitor project progress and spending, track changes in plans and project scope and report to manager.
4. 组织项目日常会议，发布项目日常报告。Organize daily project meetings and publish daily project reports.
5. 负责成本及报价，每月汇总各项目营收状况，协助厂端季度 cost down.
Responsible for project cost and quotation, monitor the performance of the project and propose quarterly cost down % if needed.
6. 与客人建立良好关系，拿到新项目信息。
Establish a good relationship with customer / CM to obtain new project information.
7. 领导/ 参与项目组快速分析和解决项目执行中的各种问题，及时上报重大待解决问题，提出问题，分析和解决预案。
Lead/ participate in internal project team to analyze and resolve adhoc problems.
8. 量产出货及跟踪MPS 对比下游FCST每周汇总，监控厂内项目库存状况，降低库存呆滞风险。
Compare mass production shipments with forecast for abnormal allocation. Monitor inventory status of the project to reduce the risk of E&O charge.
9. 项目量产其它资源协调与准备，保证项目顺利爬坡。
Coordinate and prepare other resources for mass production of the project to ensure the smooth ramp.
10. 具高度责任感，诚信正直、积极主动、工作细致、有耐心，优秀的沟通协调能力，配合度高，处理灵活，能适应弹性加班。

11. CM 厂日常协调项目中遇到的商务及交付有关事实。Manage and resolve problems with CM.

能力要求 Capacity Requirement:
1. 性格乐观，工作积极主动。Optimistic and proactive.
2. 良好的商业意识。Very good business sense.
3. 良好的沟通能力,可以和不同类型的同事一起工作。Good communication skill. Can work with different kind of colleagues.
4. 有原材料加工和模切经验优先。Working experiences in material science and die-cutting background is an advantage.
5. 有客户关系管理经验者优先。With a CRM experience is preferred.

教育水平：大学专科以上学历
Education: College degree or above
工作经验：3年以上与消费类电子产品客户的销售或客户相关工作经验。***有模切经验，但非必要。
Work Experience: At least 3 years working experience in sales or customer facing related work with consumer electronics customers. Die-cut experience is preferred but not required.
知识：商务、贸易、面向客户的知识，有模切或工业相关知识，如材料和工艺等。
Knowledge: Business, trading and customer facing knowledge, better to have die cut or related industry knowledge, like material and engineering, etc.

英语要求：精通英语听说读写
English Requirement: excellent in both oral and written.
