Responsibilities and Duties:

To support the risk and issue management activities of Connected Service off-board & Mobile App Projects;

To manage the formal project communications to all the proper people involved (business stake- holders, solution teams or suppliers, commercial process owners, Engineering team, Validation and Quality team, etc.);

To set up and manage the Connected Service off-board & Mobile App project documentation;
61
To support the Connected Service off-board & Mobile App organizations involved in the project to define action plans and to address and resolve potential risks;

To support the Project manager in the preparation of the plans and procedures for the different project phases (project preparation, assessment, design, development, release, Validation, go-live & post go-live);

To support the Project manager on budget planning, organizing Connected Service off-board & Mobile App team to define impact and cost assessment on new Feature, new Vehicle launch projects;

To monitor and control the project activities status, including the formal project closure and effective results against expectations:

To provide weekly / monthly project status updates to be shared with the management / stake-holders;
61
To provide regular update of China Connected Service off-board & Mobile App project status to global PM team;
61
To support the project team in the project methodology, tools and document formats;
61
Responsible for E2E roll out plan of Connected Services Products/ Features, Platforms, Channels, Back-End for all off-board components for a Model Year;

Works closely with Commercial, Engineering, Vehicle, ICT and global cross functional teams/roles including Solution Architects, Feature Owners, Feature Architects, Channel Owner, On-board DREs, Validation, Vendors, and the Delivery Lead to ensure the features are delivered per the plan of record for all Stellantis Brands Vehicle sold in China region;

Review and facilitate China Off-board related Bulletins, Product Grid, Feature Database, FEED Process, Dependencies Resolution, CR fulfill management.
Qualifications and Skills：
61
Bachelor Degree – preferably related to IT or software application;
61
3+ years of relevant work experience, preferred on Connected Vehicle area;
61
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English are required;
61
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, etc.);
61
Must be project management oriented with strong follow up skills, having PMP / ACP certificate is plus;
61
Good at communication and team collaboration;
61
Experience with any of the following is a plus: Tencent Cloud, AWS Cloud, Mobile App.
