Job Summary and Key Objectives 职位概述及关键目标
此岗位任职人员需要实现短期和长期的业务目标,包括但不限于: 快速、积极地开发、建立、管理和运行微电子行业的大客户销售网络; 实现年度销售目标和三年、五年销售增长目标。
This position requires the achievement of short - and long-term business objectives, including but not limited to rapidly and actively develop, establish, manage and operate KA sales networks in ME Industry; Achieve annual sales targets and three-year and five-year sales growth targets.
Key Responsibilities 主要职责
1. 快速、主动地开发、设置、管理和运行微电子行业的销售网络;
Develop, set up, manage and run sales net for ME business quickly and proactively.
2. 建立并维护与微电子行业大客户的战略合作关系,管理客户全生命周期需求;
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with KA clients in ME, managing their full lifecycle needs.
3. 数据分析,制定行动计划,以提升康斐尔在微电子的业务份额;
Data analysis to define action plan for increasing of ME Business.
4. 开发销售渠道,包括但不限于建立主要合作伙伴/经销商网络,准备和推广销售工具;
Develop sales channels , incl. but not limited to creation of key partner / reseller network, preparation & promotion of sales tools.
5. 按照销售合同的约定跟踪客户付款并对结果负责;
Track customer payments as agreed in the sales contracts and be responsible for the results.
6. 合理控制库存量,达到公司库存周转目标。
Reasonably control the inventory to achieve the company's inventory turnover target.
7. 团队目标和 KPI 由主管制定,并与奖金挂钩。
The team's goals and KPI are set by supervisor and linked to bonus.
8. 其他上级安排的项目/任务。
Other projects/tasks assigned by supervisor.
Know-How 知识
61 认证大学或学院的学士学位(或被认可的其它学历)。电子/机电/暖通/环境 /化工等相关专业均可。如有相关行业工作经验,则专业上可以放宽
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school). Major in HVAC/Building/Environment/Mechanical and Electrical are best.
61 了解空气洁净工艺,熟悉工业产品销售工作流程。具有工业产品销售经验,电子,精密机械,暖通行业经验。有空调箱配件相关销售,洁净厂房设备及耗材及半导体行业设备耗材销售经验优先考虑。
Knowledge about clean air process, or sales experience related to industrial products such as ME, Precision machinery, HVAC will be a plus.
61 至少 3 年以上大客户销售、市场或业务开发经验。
At least 3 additional years of experience in KA sales, marketing or business development.
61 拥有自己的销售渠道和成熟的客户群体。
Have own sales channels and mature customer groups.
61 能够独立选型,报价,设计的优先。
Independent type selection, quotation, engineering are preferred.
Skills技能
61 有现场技术服务和支持背景优先。
Background in on-site technical service and support is preferred.
61 需具备与内、外部合作伙伴,客户和供应商良好的沟通能力。
Good communication skill with internal or external partners, customers and vendors is required.
61 必须清楚地了解和沟通解决客户所遇到的问题。
Clearly define and communicate problems as perceived by the customer is MUST.
61 良好的团队合作意识,客户导向,注重质量和纪律。
Strong sense on team work, customer orientation, quality and discipline is highly preferred.
61 较强的组织能力和领导能力。
Organizational skills and leadership on a large scale.
61 结果和目标导向。
Result & target driven.
61 流利的语言和书面表达能力,英语能力优秀者优先。
Fluent spoken and written in Chinese is must and in English is preferred.
