Job Roles and Responsibilities Finance 1. Prepare monthly Financial reporting, including Balance Sheet and Income Statement 2. Manage Accounts Payable, including the bill posting, plan supplier payment, the clean up of the due to based on the payment 2. VAT invoice issuance in Golden Tax System and send statement to customers 3. Journal GL entries 4. Perform foreign currency payment to meet SAFE requirement 5. Other tasks assigned by the manager
Job Requirements (skills/experiences) 1. At least 1 years experience in Accounting. Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates) Degree in Accounting. 2. Skilled user of spreadsheet, PC graphics and word processing to develop analyses, reports and presentations. Familiar with operation accounting software and system. 3. Solid communication and negotiation skills sufficient to impart information and secure agreement to accounting practices and validity of information in an independent manner 4. Self-Motivated, willing to work under pressure and good team player. 5. Good written skills in English is required.
