Work together with internal team and customers to ensure finished products are manufactured to customer and / or IPC specifications.
Ensure Quality Assurance group has adequate resources to consistently meet customer quality and delivery requirements.
Ensure written instructions / procedures are developed and implemented for all QA functions and QA inspectors are trained/ certified.
Provide Failure Analysis and Corrective / Preventive Action feedback to customers for RMAs and customers complaints.
Analyze internal quality data and issue internal CARs as necessary.
Qualifications:
University degree / major in electronics
Management / Supervisory experience.
Quality management experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
Experience with ISO 9001& 13485, IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently, prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Supervisory / Management Responsibilities:
Management representative for all QMS; customer and agency audits.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of all employees in the quality department.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising per-formance; rewarding and disciplining employees as required; addressing complaints and resolving personnel issues.
