PM 岗位职责: 1.负责公司所分派的大客户案子,按时完成销售目标; 2.严格按照业务部的工作流程操作,合理控制成本报价,设计样品的管理与客户实施有效沟通,达成项目合同的签订; 3.及时反馈客户信息,与公司内部各部门实施有效沟通,使工程师及相关人员充分理解客户要求; 4.跟踪管理客户定制项目的进度,协调公司内部资源实现客户需求预期; 5.按期完成各项目款项的回收,如有异常情况及时跟踪反馈; 6.协调并带领项目团队不断优化和提升客户服务水平,挖掘客户潜力; 7.模范执行公司的各项规章制度,养成良好工作习惯,不断提高个人综合素质。 任职资格: 1.大学本科,工程技术类专业优先; 2.英语六级以上,听、说、写流利,能与国外客户直接沟通; 3.五年以上大中型EMS工厂工作经验,其中三年以上项目管理经验; 4.电脑操作熟练,能使用各种Office办公软件; 5.很强的计划、执行、沟通及协调能力; 6.积极主动,具有高度责任心,团体合作精神,能够承受较强的工作压力。 Essential Responsibilities: 1. Lead a cross functional team to provide dedicated services to strategic customer; 2. Manage project timelines with task based schedules, for both new projects and repeat orders; 3. Make sure all RFQ be responded on time, monitoring cost of the BOM; 4. Monitoring gross margin, inventory and accounts receivable, and drive for improvements if it is required; 5. Be the focal point for customer, maintain and build good customer relationship. Basic Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree; 2. Five years working experience in electronics manufacturing industry, min 3 years project management experiences; 3. Good communication skills and proactive attitude, good team spirit; 4. Good PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint 5. Fluent in English and Mandarin; 6. Willing to be based in Shenzhen, PRC.
