主要职责：

1. 维护ISO/IEC 17043能力验证提供者实验室认可系统的有效性；
2. 负责年度内部审核和管理评审准备工作；
3. 确定PTP参加者实验室的前源市场信息和CNAS相关的PTP机构要求动态信息收集；
4．根据项目组的职能划分每月有效推动能力验证或测量审核的工作的跟进、反馈、以及能力范围的处置, 并推动、维护PTP能力验证工作，使其按照预期要求开展与运行；
5. PTP能力验证扩项参数的市场调查、评估与前期策划
6.PTP样品前期设计、开发、获取、验收安排、均检与稳检、特性值的监测、反馈


岗位要求：

1. 男女不限，25-40岁，电子或统计学相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 通过大学英语六级，英语可为工作语言；
3. 五年以上品质管理或技术经验，熟悉ISO/IEC17025 实验室管理体系；
4. 具有检测技术、统计技术、审核工作相关经验或有推动大型公司管理体系经验者优先；
5. 具备电子元器件检验工作经验或熟悉电子元器件材料特性/加工过程者优先；
6. 拥有一定文字功底，逻辑思绪清晰，能够独立编写管理体系系统文件；


Tasks:


1. Moniter and maintain ISO/IEC 17043 system
2.Complete the annual internal audit and management audit
3.Determine the previous source market information of the PTP participant laboratory and focus on CNAS real-time news
4.PTP ability certificate expansion parameter market survey, evaluation, preliminary planning
5.Promote, maintain and manage the implementation and operation of PTP proficiency testing according to expected requirements


Requirements:

1.Bachelor or above degree majored in electrical engineering related or statistics
2. Proficiency in English, pass CET6 and English could be the working language
3.5 years working experiences in factory in quality management area,Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory management system
4.Have experience in testing technology, statistical technology, internal or external audit work or have related management experience preferred
5.Have experience in electronic component inspection or familiar with the material characteristics/processing process of electronic components is preferred
6.High level of writing skills, clear logical thinking, and be able to write system files independently
