Roles and Responsibilities 在指定的区域内完成公司下达的销售指标; 1. 执行公司的市场策略和销售政策; 2. 为分销商提供产品支持,协助分销商达成销售指标; 3. 在所在区域开发/建立并维护良好的分销经营渠道; 4. 建立和维护客户的长期关系,提高客户的满意度; 5. 利用销售工具收集/分析所在区域的市场情况,寻找潜在的机会,提供准确的市场预测; 6. 开展和组织所负责区域的市场推广和销售活动; 7. 挖掘和跟踪政府采购项目机会。 Required Qualifications 1. 大学本科或以上学历,医学,工程背景优先; 2. 3年以上医疗器械/耗材分销商管理经验或直接销售经验; 3. 高度诚信和敬业精神,遵守公司相关规定; 4. 较强的市场开拓和沟通能力及优秀的谈判技巧; 5. 能用英语阅读专业资料并写作,熟练操作电脑; 6. 卓越的对内对外沟通技能; 7. 团队工作的技能(包括寻找和利用各种资源达成目标的能力); 8. 良好的演讲技能; 9. 能够承受相应压力,并拥有自我学习的意愿和能力。 Inclusion and Diversity GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
