Reimagine What’s Possible
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Understand the industrial gases market and major gas applications in the industry field;
2. Focus on the target market to develop small on-site business, Execute the disruptive business model very aggressively to convert LIN customers to Small on-site;
3. Build value-based relation with customers and hold them long with small on-site business and improve the market share in the target area;
4. Achieve the new signing result by the clear Weekly, Monthly and Yearly KPI
JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Education
A. Bachelor’s degree or equal level education.
B. Engineering, science, business discipline preferred.
2. Work Experience
A. At least 3 years’ project or complicated equipment oriented sales experience.
B. The knowledge of industrial gases is a plus.
C. The successful experience to manage a new business is a plus.
3. Skills
A. Sales, commercial, and negotiation skills.
B. Communications skills, including written English and Chinese (Mandarin) and listening and presentation abilities.
C. Familiar with Microsoft Outlook and business writing.
4. Qualities
A. Strong result-oriented leader with a bias for action and ability of taking risk.
B. Well-developed influencing skills. Ability to get along well with diverse personalities. Concise, strong, mature, and flexible.
C. Integrity – act with integrity and in accordance with company ethics. Ability to confront behavior not consistent with company values. Honors commitments.
D. Problem solving and decision-making skills – decisions that reflect thorough evaluation of needs, goals, facts, etc.
E. Valid driving license. Company will afford sales car for the job holder.
