1. Achieve the responsible territory’s annual sales target.

2. Initiate and execute annual sales plan and accurate forecast for responsible territory.

3. Collect and analyze the consolidated market and competitors’ trends, and coordinate with central marketing/field marketing team on territory’s sales strategy execution and adjustment if needed.

4. Responsible for territory’s tendering, distributor development and maintenance.

5. Regular visit customers especially key accounts to build and maintain good relationship.

6. Organize and initiate territory’s academic and promotion events in line with sales strategy and priority.
