Responsibilities Related to the Job:

1. Reducing production line breakdown time and losses by getting all kinds of urgent malfunction fixed as top priorities.

2. Implementing daily check on daily duties.

3. Collect and control the spare parts for responsible area.
负责区域内的的备件管理
4. Perform the 5S job for the equipment, tools, documents and other material on responsible area
对负责区域的设备，工具，文件及其他物资进行5S管理
5. Deal with mechanical and electrical failure.
处理机械及电气故障
6. Daily checkup and maintenance of all equipment and devices, including lubricating, detecting abnormal noise, temperature and vibration.
执行设备设施的日常点检及维修工作包括润滑，检查异常的噪音，温度和振
动等等
7. Carry out regular preventative maintenance for responsible area equipment
开展责任区域内的常规预防性维护
8. Safety inspection of all equipment on responsible area
执行责任区域内所有设备的安全检查
9. Identify and report the safety hazards on responsible area, and complete the tasks of hazard correction assigned by supervisor on time
对责任区域内的安全风险进行识别汇报，并及时完成主管所分配的隐患整改

10. Propose technical solutions or value-added suggestions during the daily operation, project execution or maintenance troubleshooting
在日常工作，项目执行或故障排除过程中提供技术解决方案或合理化建议
11. Provide supervision on vendor’s construction activities especially the dangerous operations during the engineering and construction projects
在工程建设项目中对现场承包商的施工尤其是特种作业进行监理
12. Participate the investigation for major machine breakdown cases and fill the form of “major break-down analysis report” when required by supervisor
参与重大故障的调查并在主管要求时填写重大故障分析报告
13. Comply to the company procedures and EHS rules e.g. LOTO, work permission, PPE requirement and etc., keep focusing on the safety, health of themselves and the impacts to the environment during the daily operation

14. Perform the other jobs assigned by supervisor

Required Qualifications and Knowledge:
必要技能及知识
1. Graduating student with at least technical school education, Mechanical & Electrical engineering major is a must
机电专业,中专技校以上学历
2. At least five years’ experience in equipment maintenance.
5年以上的设备维修经验
3. Low voltage maintenance electrician license
持有低压电工作业证
4. Able to read electric control diagram and repair electric appliances or devices per drawings.
能理解电气控制图并根据图纸对电气元件或装置进行维修
5. Able to read mechanical diagram and make or repair something per drawing materials.
能理解机械图纸并根据图纸进行机械制作或维修
6. Solid knowledge to handle electrical and mechanical failure
精通电气及机械故障的处理
7. Solid Knowledge of hydraulic & pneumatic system
熟悉液压及气动系统
8. Solid knowledge of mechanical assembly
有较强的机械组装方面的知识
9. Basic knowledge of material applying in mechanical engineering field
在机械工程方面有基本的材料应用知识
