Responsibilities
1,Register received documents from index mailboxes 2,Follow up on all relevant documents received from index mailboxes 3,Complete MTD and send draft to customer 4,Handle B/L amendment 5,Release SWB to customer after vessel sailed 6,Adjust detention and demurrage charge and invoice 7,Send Shipping Instruction reminder to customer before doc cutoff time
Qualifications
1,Diploma degree. 2,1 +year experience in customer service and logistics company is preferred. 3,Good command of English. 4,Knowledge of MS Office. 5,Ability to work independent as well as in a team. 6,Positive attitude with customer service mindset.
