1）To be responsible for fulfilling purchasing activities of indirect material request from different departments 负责实施来自不同部门的间接物料采购需求的采购；
2）To assess and develop new potential suppliers and to maintain the supplier database to be most competitive in market 评估、开发新的潜在供应商，维护以达成市场上具有竞争力的供应商群体
3）To request for quotation from supplier side and make quotation comparison 根据流程询价并比价分析；
4）Negotiating with suppliers for commercial terms to nominate supplier and ensure the best lead time and price 与供应商进行商务方面的谈判，选定合适的供应商并确保优质的交货周期和价格；
5）To be responsible for contracting, ordering, following up order/delivery and payment arrangement for purchased goods; To maintain the relevant contracts and keep all records up to date 负责采购物品的合同审核、订单维护、订单交货及付款等方面；维护相关合同，确保所有信息及时更新；
6）To solve the problems related to supplier; Supplier Performance management 解决供应商相关的日常问题；供应商绩效管理；
7）Understand, accept and comply with the related HSE responsibility commitment as part of daily work. 理解、接受并遵守日常工作中HSE相关责任承诺；
8）Participate in making the team to implement the relevant safety regulations for contractors.参与制定并执行对承包商的相关安全管理规定。
9）Familiar with safety risks of the position, and actively report safety risks 熟知岗位安全隐患、积极上报安全隐患
10）Practice the four do no harm culture and believe in a zero tolerance culture 践行四不伤害文化、相信零容忍文化

任职要求
1）Bachelor degree or above with preferred major in Logistics, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation etc. 本科或以上学历，物流、电气、机械、自动化等专业优先考虑
2）3+ years of indirect materials procurement experience in at least one of Logistics, MRO, Capex, Infrastructure. 三年以上的间接物料采购经验，至少涉及物流、MRO、资产、基建其中之一
3）Able to work under pressure and challenge; Strong negotiation, cooperation and communication skills 能够在压力下工作；很强的谈判、合作和沟通能力
4）Good Office level including Excel and PowerPoint, ERP experience required 熟练操作Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件，并有SAP等ERP操作经验
5）Financial aptitude and good business understanding 具备一定的财务知识和良好的商业头脑
6）Strong analytical skills 较强的的数据分析能力
