任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，机械、电气、自动化或相关工科专业；
2. 3~8年工作经验，非标自动化设备、工业控制等行业销售经验，具备过往业绩；
3 具备电子伺服压装、铆接、拉铆、金属加工等领域经验优先；
4. 熟练使用各种办公软件，流利的英语听说读写能力；
5. 良好的学习能力和沟通能力；

岗位职责
负责公司电子伺服压装、铆接、拉铆、螺纹检测类标准产品的销售；
负责公司非标自动化设备及生产线的销售；
寻找潜在客户，形成市场数据和开发方向；根据区域和行业，寻找潜在订单，参与技术沟通，主导商务沟通，完成整个销售过程；
参与整个项目过程中的技术讨论以及售后的工作，学习掌握关键技术要点，主导商务工作，协调团队，和客户建立长期、稳定、相互信任的沟通渠道；
维护和管理客户关系，深入挖掘客户需求，形成长期的合作关系；


Requirements:


1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical, automation or related engineering;


2. 3-8 years working experience, sales experience in non-standard automation equipment, industrial control and other industries, with past performance;


3. Experience in electronic servo press mounting, riveting, riveting, metal processing and other fields is preferred;


4. Proficient in all kinds of office software, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;


5. Good learning and communication skills;


Job responsibilities


1.Responsible for the company's electronic servo press fit, riveting, riveting, thread detection of standard products sales;


2.Responsible for the company's non-standard automation equipment and production line sales;


3.Looking for potential customers, forming market data and development direction; According to the region and industry, find potential orders, participate in technical communication, lead business communication, complete the whole sales process;


4.Participate in the technical discussion and after-sales work in the whole project process, learn and master the key technical points, lead the business work, coordinate the team, and establish a long-term, stable and mutual trust communication channel with customers;


5.Maintain and manage customer relationship, deeply tap customer needs, and form long-term cooperative relationship;
