1、能够识别客户要求,处理客户投诉; Be able to identify customer requirements and handle customer complaints; 2、分析客户投诉原因、跟进改善对策,编写客诉报告(8D)使客诉妥善解决; nalyze the causes of customer complaints, follow up the improvement measures, and prepare the customer complaint report (8D) to properly solve the customer complaints 3、加强公司内部品质内控及改善,避免类似问题再次流出; Strengthen the internal quality control and improvement of the company to avoid similar problems flowing out again 4、根据客诉问题点,协助建立标准,定期培训员工,提升QC过程控制能力及检出能力; According to the problem points of customer complaints, assist to establish standards, train employees regularly, and improve QC process control ability and detection ability; 5、定期汇总分析客户质量投诉报表和分析报告,定期汇报部门经理,对未达成目标提出 改进措施; Regularly summarize and analyze customer quality complaint reports and analysis reports, report on a regular basis, and propose improvement measures for non achievement of objectives 6、对接外部客户审核, Audit with external customers, 岗位要求: 1、5年以上汽车行业工作经验,线束行业经验优先; More than 5 years working experience in automotive industry, wiring harness industry experience is preferred 2、能看懂产品图纸,熟练使用各种测量仪器; Be able to understand product drawings and skillfully use various measuring instruments 3、懂AITF16949体系要求,了解APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA五大工具,能独立制作检验标准; Understand the requirements of aitf16949 system, understand APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and be able to make inspection standards independently; 4、能使用英文回复客户邮件及8D报告。 Be able to reply customer email and 8D report in English. 5、较强的沟通,协调,解决问题的能力。 Strong communication, coordination and problem solving skills
