RESPONSABILITY
1. Responsible to lead the project team to execute in time, cost, and focused on customer.
2. Follow flow chart of leading projects coordinated with program manager.
3. Manage customer interferences within the project taking in account scope changes, product changes, stakeholders analysis, timing changes and everything that could be impact on project goals. Prepare the quotation of the changes and timing impact if is necessary
4. Lead the relationship with the customer during the project regarding communication, coordination and problem solving in time.
5. Coordinate with functional managers to review project team member roles and responsibilities
Requirement:
1. Bachelor or above, major in automation background (Electronics, Electric, Industry Automation or related)
2. More than 5 years working experiences on project management in non-standard automation industry.
3. English fluency is a MUST
4. Willingness to take ownership of projects or customers
5. Good team player,Speaker,Negotiator
