Responsibility：
* Demand management : Drive customer forecast accuracy, ensure sales fulfillment , coordinate project ramp up and rump down
* Demand, capacity and material balance to make sure MRP demand reasonable and achievement
* Customer order confirmation ,production arrangement and order on time delivery
* WIP and F value controlling
-Regular meetings with customer (weekly delivery and material status, monthly forecast review)
-Material shortages for product level follow up with purchasing team
-Monitor weekly production plan transfer to daily production plan
-Inventory controlling and sales handling
-Weekly and monthly(rolling 12 month)capacity analysis for resource preparing(machinery and employees)
-Support factory sales plan execution

Requirement:
* Good English skill
-5-8 years of experience in production planning and material planning
-Experience in working with the ERP system, related software and good knowledge of MS tools
-Clear knowledge of MRP operation logic
-Knowledge of the supply chain and production processes
-Good understanding of Lean basics
