职责Tasks:
1.基于公司内部规则,接洽客户确认需求，理解并转化为客户提供内部最优技术方案
Following internal rules, Visit/exchange with customer & collect requirements, Define appropriate solution to answer customer specification.
2.引领新产品开发工作，作为技术窗口管理客户技术方面的问题及进度
Lead the product development & customer management(as a technical window) from RFI/RFQ to part final validation
3. 作为团队工业应用产品专家, 定义并协调：产品设计,仿真,工艺推荐，产品验证等方面;负责建立标准设计以及产品规范
Be the product referent/owner, design of parts, FEA, and functional validation; standarize & capitarize design(DFMEA/PFMEA and application specification.
4.新客户/新市场应用开发：支持销售/市场部门的客户拜访，技术交流等推广工作
Technical referent for Sales & marketing service regarding new application/customer development, prepare & capitalize technical elements to promote Hutchinson solution
5. 欧洲母公司和HIRP之间的技术开发协调
Coordinate technical development between worldwide companies and HIRP
6. 内部开发协调，参与产品从报价阶段材料选择开发，工艺推荐，以及可能的质量问题解决等项目全周期工作
Internal technical coordination for material development/process feasibility/proto making/quality claim/testing plan activities etc.
7.上级安排的其它任务
Other tasks assigned by superior

要求Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, 1 years experience in rubber sealing industry. Mechanical Skills. Experience in industry market is a plus
本科及以上学历，1年橡胶密封行业工作经验，机械背景，有工业密封领域工作经验者优先
2.Skill to use office; knowledge on Solidworks( CAD), FEA (Ansys/Abaqus)
办公软件使用熟练; 拥有3D建模以及（机械）仿真软件知识
3.Good in English or French, Skill to use office
