能接受两班倒
1：来料的尺寸测量及测量报告，有异常反馈；
Incoming dimension measurement , make report accordingly and nonconforming feedback
2：CNC的首件，过程的尺寸测量,报告制作及异常反馈(NCR,修模单)；
CNC workshop first shot and process dimension check,make report accordingly, and feedback nonconforming through NCR, and Mold Modification Form
3：压铸的首件及过程的尺寸测量, 报告制作及异常反馈(NCR,修模单)；
Diecasting workshop first shot and process dimension check, make report accordingly, and feedbak nonconforming through NCR, and Mold Modification Form
4. 负责将每班发生的质量信息，处理结果，待跟踪事项，与对班人员进行交接，保持信息的顺畅。
Hand over between shifts on quality information , disposition and to follow up items , to keep information passed smoothly.
5：首末件样品的标识及保存整理；
Process first/last shot identification and storage maintenance
6.: 实验设备的维护保养
Lab test equipments and device maintenance.
7：主管安排的其他事情
Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.


相关经验
1. 2年以上质量控制经验，机械类行业佳
More than 2 years quality control experience, related mechanical industry is preferred
2.识图能力佳，熟练使用测量设备，如CMM, 投影仪。会使用CMM编程佳。
Skilled with mechnical drawing understanding, skilled use on measurement equipment, include CMM, profile projector, etc. Can make programming with CMM is a plus.
3. 仪器校验， MSA, SPC，具备相关基础知识
Have basic knowledge on with calibration control, MSA SPC process. 4.参与品质监控和改善活动
Involve in quality monitor and improvement action
5.熟悉 ISO9001:2015/IATF16949:2016 质量体系
Good understanding with ISO9001:2015/IATF16949:2016 quality system.
6.熟练使用办公软件
Proficient with office software.
7. 基础品质知识，会使用解决问题的品质方法
Basic QC knowledge, and can use QC tools for problem solving
