ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责：

 1) Work with the team to exercise judgment on details of   work and make preliminary selection and adaptation or alternatives. 

2) Assist team to develop materials, processes, equipment,   and/or new products. 

3) Assist team in the development of fundamental   understanding of materials properties, behavior, processes, and equipment focused towards building robust new products and for improving existing products. 

4) Supervise team technicians as appropriate for focused   progress towards goals of the Technology team. 

5) Work with PE counterpart in the same functional area   and derivatives project teams for efficient and effective scale-up of products and help troubleshoot issues in existing products as requested by Technology Management. 

6) Interface with outside vendors. 

7) Provide technical support for plant activities. 

9) Conduct monthly LPA

REQUIREMENTS 任职资格

1) Master degree with no experience, Bachelor degree with 2 years.  Major in chemicals, materials, electronics or related field.

2) Proficient in English (oral and written)    

3) Knowledge in the field of specialization: master KEMET Institute Technology Knowledge: May become an expert in a limited technical area;

4) Knowledge of advanced methods of testing/characterization related to the technical proficiency;

5) Application of design of experiments: DOE; 

6) Operation, maintenance and safety related to equipment and testing methods used in the lab area;

7) Skills/Knowledge based on KEMET customers’necessary requirements (including communication, electrical, automobile customers and so on) .
