Roles and Responsibility:
1.Calibration of gearbox software functions (e.g. shift quality, shift patterns, T/C maps, etc.) for automatic transmissions including Dual Clutch Transmissions (DCT), Automatic Manual Transmissions (AMT), Step Automatic Transmissions (AT), Continuously Variable Transmissions (CVT) , Dedicated Hybrid Transmission(DHT) & Electric Drive System (EDS).
2.Guiding the engine and transmission control software and calibration engineers to achieve the optimal vehicle drive quality and performance.
3.Perform and support vehicle and test bench measurement tasks for attribute related tasks and evaluate results.
4.Discuss and analyses technical problems and possible solutions with customers;
5.Response for the vehicle climate trip (HAT/HET/CCT & slope test), response for the durability vehicle trouble shooting & analysis
6.Support all sales activities technically
7.Responsible for development of transmission control functions and system attributes
8.Responsible for developing calibration methodologies, tools, processes, and techniques
9.Responsible to contribute of technical competence within company through mutual teaching, technical support, and research activities
10.Other tasks that are assigned by Superior.
Essential Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above degree in automotive engineering or mechanical engineering
2. At least three years working experience in the automotive industry
3. At least two-year transmission calibration experience
4. Deep understanding of use of calibration methodologies, tools, and techniques
5. Solid capability for data analysis or vehicle assessment
6.Can communicate in English fluently.
7.Deep knowledge of engine and transmission control systems and calibration requirements
8Proficient in using CAN and data acquisition measurement tools such IMC, National Instruments,Vector CANape, INCA.
9.Experience in MATLAB Simulink also is favorable
