Major Accountabilities:
1、FTQ issues analysis, plan the improvement action and follow the result.
2、Downtime problems solving, make summary and improvement on root
cause.
3、Maintenance schedule / worksheet definition and revision, maintenance
effects tracking.
4、Test coverage review on equipment and software at each line pull issue
and return case.
5、Spare part control, Engineering scrap cost improvement.
6、Equipment calibration schedule / worksheet definition, revision, and
result following.
7、Support the new model launch event.
8、Actions implement for OE optimization and lean initiatives.
9、On job training for technician.

Major Qualifications:
1、Bachelor’s degree, or Diploma degree with 2 years experiences.
2、Major in electronics, automation, communication, wireless.
3、Basic English in both oral and written.
4、Computer skills in Windows office.
5、Basic electrical circuit knowledge, familiar with the components is preferred.
6、Basic software knowledge, program experience is preferred especially in Labview/Teststand.
7、Working experience in auto parts company is preferred.
