职责描述：
1、负责客户日常项目对接，收集项目信息（项目名称，项目用量，项目时间表，项目寿命等）; Responsible for project communication with customer, Collect project information (project name, project EAU, project schedule, project life, etc.).
2、负责项目前期BOM建立和报价，客户的技术沟通及DFMA编制； Responsible for BOM creation and quotation, technical communication and DFM draft.
3、负责主持项目定期会议，项目总体进度规划统筹和项目进度跟进； Responsible for project weekly meetings, overall project planning and project follow-up;
4、负责项目成本控制和核算，统计项目进展中的成本，集中内外部资源优化量产成本； Responsible for project cost controlling and accounting, optimize massrun product cost through internal and external resources;
5、负责项目交期风险管控，识别项目的关键风险节点，提前化解风险； Responsible for project delivery risk controlling, identify the gating item of the project and risk awareness
6、负责项目质量风险控制，FA阶段问题点收集和解决方案汇总和推广，避免同类问题重复发生； Responsible for project quality controlling, all related issue collection, summary and promotion to avoid the similar issues;
7、负责客户异常问题的处理； Responsible for handling customer other problems;
8、完成上级安排的其它各项工作。 Complete other works from superior;
职责要求：
1.年龄要求 Age：35岁以下
2.学历要求 Education：机械工程等相关专业本科以上学历 Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering
3.职业资格 Qualification：英语四级 CET-4
4.工作经验 Experience：
从事机械行业设计，或项目管理三年以上工作经验 Mechanical design or project management background with 3 years working experience
熟悉机加工、钣金、塑胶等相关零件加工工艺，如：车、磨、铣、线割、及表面处理工艺，如阳极、喷粉、电镀 ； Good knowledge on machining, sheet metal, plastic process and surface treatment
熟悉AUTOCAD、Solidworks(UG或PRO/E)软件及办公软件； Good skill on AUTOCAD,Solidworks(UG or PRO/E) and office software
良好的英语基础和沟通表达能力，写作能力，具有较强的组织、协调、计划、控制能 力； Good communication skills,reading/writing in English,organization, coordination, planning and control skills
