1. The potential candidates for a teaching position with the school will be expected to have at least a bachelor’s degree in the subject they are going to teach, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education or an equivalent qualification that gives them a licence to teach in China.

2. A minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience in an international or english medium setting is desirable.

3. Newly qualified teachers could be considered at level 0 as Teaching Assistants (TA).

4 .Fluency in English is a must. Teachers with high IELTS/TOEFL scores will be preferred.

5. A-level/IB teaching experience will be preferred.
