Responsibility：
Sales assistant would provide support for sales team, helping to handle orders, dealing daily order issues.


Main Activities：
1、Handling orders for customer
2、Entering the sales orders to ERP systems.
3、Following up on orders according to schedule.
4、Working with sales/finance department/ for money collection
5、Coordinating with Planner and making assure shipment timely with lead time
6、Liaison between shipping and sales/customer service
7、Controlling documents
8、Other duties from SALES TEAM


Position Main Requirement：
1、Bachelor degree
2、At least 1 year experience, or outstanding fresh graduates with bachelor degree
3、Be good communication skills and team player
4、Be good English in both oral and written; be good computer skills
5、Major in English or Economics or other related
6、Clear mind
7、Excellent fresh graduates are also acceptable
