Responsibility: Sales assistant would provide support for sales team, helping to handle orders, dealing daily order issues.
Main Activities: 1、Handling orders for customer 2、Entering the sales orders to ERP systems. 3、Following up on orders according to schedule. 4、Working with sales/finance department/ for money collection 5、Coordinating with Planner and making assure shipment timely with lead time 6、Liaison between shipping and sales/customer service 7、Controlling documents 8、Other duties from SALES TEAM
Position Main Requirement: 1、Bachelor degree 2、At least 1 year experience, or outstanding fresh graduates with bachelor degree 3、Be good communication skills and team player 4、Be good English in both oral and written; be good computer skills 5、Major in English or Economics or other related 6、Clear mind 7、Excellent fresh graduates are also acceptable
