Responsibilities: 1. Communication channel maintenance and company activities planning and implement. 2. Support the implementation of global various projects, including compliance promotion etc. 3. Responsible for hourly exiting employee communication and provide the analysis report. 4. Assist in the implementation of other HR related projects that might assigned from time to time.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree holder in BA / BS or equivalent qualification in related discipline Professional Knowledge/Certificates: 2. At least 5 years relevant working experience in employee development function with multi-national companies preferred. 3. Good computer skills include Excel, PowerPoint, Words Learning Management System and e-learning tools etc. 4. Skillful in interpersonal and communication skills. 5. Good problem solving, creative, coordination and presentation skills. 6. Able to work independently and under pressure. 7. Good communication skills in local language and in English.
