Responsibilities: 1. Communication channel maintenance and company activities planning and implement. 2. Work as EHS Rep of HR Dept., participate in company EHS administration and improve awareness and skill for environment precaution continuously. 3. To support the achievement of company goals under the climate of mutual understanding and cooperation. 4. Support the implementation of global various projects, including compliance promotion etc. 5. Initiate, promote and provide support for competence / career development actions to enhance employees’ know-how, skills, and performance, and support building the succession talent plan. 6. Responsible for hourly exiting employee communication and provide the analysis report. 7. Be responsible for employees working attendance management, which includes overtime, absence monitoring and data analysis. 8. Be responsible for HR database maintenance and monthly HR report preparation according to timetable, which includes daily hourly headcount report, monthly working hours report, monthly absence report etc. 9. Responsible for hourly exiting employee communication and provide the analysis report. 10. Assist in the implementation of other HR related projects that might assigned from time to time.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree holder in BA / BS or equivalent qualification in related discipline Professional Knowledge/Certificates: 2. At least 5 years relevant working experience in attendance and employee activity with multi-national companies preferred. 3. Good computer skills include Excel, PowerPoint, Words Learning Management System and e-learning tools etc. 4. Skillful in interpersonal and communication skills. 5. Good problem solving, creative, coordination and presentation skills. 6. Able to work independently and under pressure. 7. Good communication skills in local language and in English.
