大专及以上学历，电气或相关专业, 1年以上电机行业相关工作经验

熟悉电机生产工艺、设备及生产流程，有较强的减速机，电机，工作背景
Familiar with motor process, production equipment, have working background in motor field is better
熟悉电机型式试验，效率试验方法，相关测试设备，相关测试标准，有一定的电机实验工作背景
Familiar with motor type test, efficiency test, related testing equipment, related testing standards, have working background in motor testing field is better
较强的独立工作，分析解决问题的能力
