Clearly understand new projects background from kick-off meeting
· Design and optimize production flow against manufacturing system design
· Define and optimize value stream for customers and vendors
· Coordinate and arrange new program build schedule
· Fulfill customer order of every launch phase of new project
· Manage purchase part flow and insure 100% supplier delivery
· Coordinate Eng. Changes and Maintain BOM accuracy
· Control inventory at premium level
· Support logistics and package cost optimization
· Successfully transfer new program to SOP


要求：
· Bachelor degree
· 6 years above working experience in Material planning department and Logistics area and at least 3 year supervisor experience.
· Experienced launch key customer , key program , serve as model in this competency
· Able to multitask; deal with a variety of issues at the same time
· Understand MRP/ERP, SAP skill is a must.
· Good written and oral English ability.
· Good communication / coordination / cooperation skill & attitude and teamwork spirit
· Be willing to accept the challenge work
· High responsibility to own the problem and solve the problem.
