1. Basic qualifications: Degree in business, sales, marketing or engineering. 10+ years of relevant sales experience and minimum 3-5 years of team management experience. Primary Responsibilities 主要职责: - Formulate and execute vertical market strategies. Report to local General Manager. Set specific KPIs to track objectives. Assign responsibility for each KPI to specific team members and hold them accountable for meeting their periodic performance target.
