Job Purpose
You will be responsible for providing efficient and effective business support and communication, handling enquiries, orders, shipments, complaints and requests for domestic and international customers.

This will include supporting sales activities, acting as a liaison between customer, production, supply chain, technical, sales and finance departments, and managing sales administrative information such as customer information databases (CID) and customer satisfaction surveys.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with individual salespersons to support new business development according to the company's strategic direction and business plans.

Provide timely, effective and satisfactory service to customers, including business enquiry, contract review, order execution, delivery service, and complaint handling.

Liaison with production, supply chain, technical, sales and finance departments to provide customers with the most satisfactory and timely service.

Create and manage sales management information such as customer information database (CID), sales & pricing documentation, rebate agreement, and annual customer satisfaction surveys.

Develop and maintain pricing documents according to company standards. Perform necessary profit analysis to support the work of individual salespersons in order to maximize sales profits.

Attend regular customer meetings, visit the top 20% of our sales at least once a year, review our service performance, and continue to build good business relationships and customer experience.

Provide quarterly, semi-annual and/or annual service reports, order patterns and profit analysis and other value-added services as required.

Facilitate cross-functional meetings to resolve customer issues and bring added value to the business.

Minimum Requirements:
3 year college diploma or equivalent
1 to 3 year experience in customer service, shipping and order processing
Demonstrated proficiency in effective customer service
Basic skills in spreadsheet, word processing and database applications
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Attention to details, effective time management, ability to meet deadlines
Solid problem-solving skills and good team player
Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing
Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize with minimal supervision
Availability to work overt-time if required

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in business administration, logistics or polymer science is preferred
Basic knowledge of chemistry and plastic products
Customs clearance certificate is a plus.
Candidates with IT programming experience will be a plus.
