Minimum Requirements: 3 year college diploma or equivalent 1 to 3 year experience in customer service, shipping and order processing Demonstrated proficiency in effective customer service Basic skills in spreadsheet, word processing and database applications Good interpersonal and communication skills Excellent written and verbal communications skills Attention to details, effective time management, ability to meet deadlines Solid problem-solving skills and good team player Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize with minimal supervision Availability to work overt-time if required
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor degree in business administration, logistics or polymer science is preferred Basic knowledge of chemistry and plastic products Customs clearance certificate is a plus. Candidates with IT programming experience will be a plus.
