-Participate in FMEA development, lead control plan inspection plan development. 参与 FMEA开发，领导控制计划和检查计划的制定.
-Support to measure and implement daily routing inspection work. 支持测量与过程检验，实施日常质量巡检工作.

-Give feedback for any issue, coordinate related function to get qualified result. 对任何问题进行反馈，协调相关功能以获得合格的结果.
-Collect data, make analysis and provide regular reporting. 收集数据，进行分析并提供定期报告.

- Support to handle customer complaint and complete 8D report. 支持处理客户投诉并完成8D报告.

-Lead LPA, and support external&internial audit. 领导LPA，支持外部和内部审计.

-参与指定相应企业标准,有行业协会、国家或地方标准参与制定与相应实施经验.（ 如半导体、自动化设备类企业标准、国标经验、行标经验）.
熟悉SPC、CPK、FMEA等质量控制工具及方法.

资质：
熟悉质量工具和ISO9001等质量体系，有过从无到有的经验
解决问题的能力和良好的沟通能力；英语良好
有企业或国标或地方标准参与制定检验
注：企业人员规模不大较为扁平化，质量仅QE+QC2位工程师，行业稳平台优，发展空间大，但负责的工作板块会比全面一些，感兴趣者欢迎投递
