岗位职责：Job Responsibilities:
1、负责汽车零部件的EMC 测试工作（熟悉新能源高压者优先）；
Responsible for EMC testing of auto parts (familiar with new energy high voltage is preferred);
2、负责新产品的EMC测试规范的编制，测试资源协调、制定试验计划并跟踪实施；
Responsible for the preparation of EMC test specifications for new products, coordination of test resources, formulation of test plans and follow-up implementation;
3、负责EMC相关试验区域的现场管理、工作流程的制定；
Responsible for the on-site management and work flow formulation of EMC-related test areas;
4、负责EMC测试设备的采购，规范制定，标定、维护、管理工作；
Responsible for the procurement of EMC testing equipment, specification formulation, calibration, maintenance and management;
5、负责EMC试验区域的安全；
Responsible for the safety of the EMC test area;
6、根据ISO/IEC 17025的要求，建立本试验室运行，质量管控体系，对试验室技工进行专业培训与技术指导；
According to the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025, establish the laboratory operation and quality control system, and provide professional training and technical guidance for laboratory technicians;
7、参与EMC试验新方法、新技术的试验研究工作 负责外部试验资源的协调，制定EMC试验计划并跟踪实施；
Participate in the experimental research of new EMC test methods and new technologies, be responsible for the coordination of external test resources, formulate EMC test plans and follow up the implementation;
8、完成主管安排的其它工作任务[前期负责试验室筹建，后期转入运营]。
Complete other work tasks arranged by the supervisor [responsible for the preparation of the laboratory in the early stage and transferred to operation in the later stage].
任职要求：Qualifications:
1、具有3年以上汽车电子电气零部件或电动力总成EMC相关工作经验；
More than 3 years of working experience in automotive electronic and electrical components or electric powertrain EMC;
2、熟悉电机控制器，电池，DC/DC ,电力电子高压系统及电子电器低压系统的工作原理；
Familiar with the working principles of motor controllers, batteries, DC/DC, high-voltage systems of power electronics and low-voltage systems of electronic appliances;
3、熟悉EMC相关国内/国际基础标准，熟练掌握各项EMC测试方案，全程参与过汽车零部件或动力总成EMC测试；
Familiar with EMC-related domestic/international basic standards, proficient in various EMC test programs, and have participated in the EMC testing of auto parts or powertrains throughout the process;
4、从事过新能源汽车产品EMC设计，测试者优先
Experienced in EMC design of new energy vehicle products, testers are preferred
5、具有良好的试验资源规划能力
Good test resource planning ability
6、本科以上学历；电磁场或电子通信类相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above; major in electromagnetic field or electronic communication;
7、英文（书面及口语）:熟练
English (written and spoken): proficient
8、计算机能力：熟练使用EMC仿真软件
Computer ability: skilled use of EMC simulation software
9、较强的团队沟通协调能力，责任心和上进心
Strong team communication and coordination skills, sense of responsibility and self-motivation
