Job Descriptions: - Actively explore customer demand, frequent visits to Customers to promote service business(Spare parts, Maintenance, On-site Service, Retrofit/Upgrade and so on); - Prepare Service project proposal with internal supports; - Fully grasp the application of the products, respond to customer service needs, and enhance customer satisfaction; - Spare parts quotation, quotation status tracking, contract, SAP order, delivery communication, invoice (assist finance), accounts receivable (assist finance); - Reports accurately and timely to accountable management. Job Requirements: - 5 years sales experience, technical service experience is preferred; - College degree or above , major in Engineering is preferred; - Highly self-motivated; Good understanding and learning ability; Good communication skill; Team working; - Customer, team and problem solving oriented, as well as analysis, creativity and organization are required; - MS office software skills.
