Requirements:
? BA or MA in Economics, Engineering, International Business, Business Administration or equivalent ? English proficiency for negotiation ? Strong analytical skill and deductive thinking (cause/effect) ? Presentation skill (brief, concise, audience targeted), Powerpoint proficiency ? 5-10 years in the purchasing area, experience in Rail or another high-mix-low-volume industry is preferred. ? Practical work experience with SAP, high skill in Excel (use of pivot tables etc.) ? Technical knowledge on handling IT goods and services ? Experienced in supplier identification, qualification, contracting. ? Experienced to communicate and work in matrix context of an international Group ? Skilled to sell ideas with fact based arguments ? Ability to calculate various business cases and TCO ? Flexible personality and can work under pressure, strong self-motivation and assertiveness ? Willing to travel and work overtime ? Used to work independently but aligned with teams and supervisor
