Main Tasks 岗位职责:
1.制定并执行设备的预防性维护计划，确保设备的稳定运行。
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for equipment to ensure stable operation of the equipment.
2.定期检查设备的关键部位，记录设备的运行数据，及时发现潜在的问题。根据设备的技术要求，制定保养标准和操作标准。
Regularly inspect key parts of the equipment, record the operating data of the equipment, and discover potential problems in time. According to the technical requirements of the equipment, formulate maintenance standards and operation standards.
3.协助设备维修团队快速响应设备突发故障，提供技术支持。
Assist the equipment maintenance team in responding quickly to sudden equipment failures and provide technical support.
4. 参与设备故障的根本原因分析，提出预防性建议。通过数据分析和现场观察识别设备性能缺陷，提出优化方案。
Participate in the root cause analysis of equipment failures and put forward preventive suggestions. Identify equipment performance defects through data analysis and on-site observation and propose optimization schemes.
5.维护设备保养记录和维修日志，确保数据的准确性和完整性。编写设备保养手册和操作流程，为技术员提供培训支持。
Maintain equipment maintenance records and repair logs to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
Compile equipment maintenance manuals and operation procedures, and provide training support for technicians.
6.制作录入每月的维修报告，协助制定每月的备件使用计划。费用类备件的申请和保管。
Make and enter the monthly maintenance report,Assist in formulating the monthly spare parts usage plan. Application and storage of spare parts for expenses.
7.生产线设备各类计量设备校验，日常维护和使用。
Follow up calibrations, daily maintenance and use of various measuring equipment for production line equipment.
8.上级安排的其它工作。
Finish the others task assigned by high level.

Requirements 岗位要求：
1.Years of Experience工作经历: 5年及以上设备维修保养经验
2.Languages (English):语言（英语）：良好
3.Taking decisions：有决断力
