1.Be continously proactive in maximising business opportunities, market share, account growth & margin protection 2.Ensure profound awareness of current products, services, competitors and market trends 3.Responsible for hunting new customers and promote ITAB’s products and services to potential customers 4.Ensure smooth handover of account management to Key Account Manager / Account Manager as new customer projects transition into stable production 5.Engage in Sales/Business Development planning for opportunities/prospects to convert them into actual sales 6.Adopt a insight and solution based sales approach to expand customer demand and avoid commoditization 7.Coordinate Project Management and Engineering departments to provide customised solutions in line with customer needs and company strategy for new pitches 8.Participate or drive marketing campaigns as based on company and market needs 9.Actively participate in role related trainings 10.Represent the customer and market needs and demands towards internal departments, and ensure relevant informatiom is shared among respective departments
