Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal CS team on shipping and delivery timely. Understanding customer’s requirements and improve customer’s satisfaction. And transportation suppliers management.
Key duties include:
Be responsible for daily date maintenance in oracle system and ensure stock accuracy.
Cooperate with operating team: goods distribute and delivery for purchased products/packaging material ,etc.in oracle system aligned to SOP
International import and export transportation related work, including but not limited customs declaration, making packing lists, labels, invoices, etc.
According to the requirements of custom service team, contact transportation suppliers to ensure delivery timely.
The SMOI materials coordinating and management
Follow up logistics complaints from customers, tracking issues until it is fixed.
Transportation vendors manage, KPI assessing, logistics complaints handling.
Other duties assigned by logistics manager.

Education and Experience:
College and above
Above 3 years logistics related experience in manufacturing industry, auto regarding is a plus
Work experience related to import and export

Required Skills:
Effective communication skills both written and oral.
Fluent English writing
Open Minded
Familiar with Microsoft offices especially Excel
