Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Support the dealers and customers to ensure both the sales revenue and market share can increase Daily communication with dealers to understand market demand and requirements; Regularly visit dealers to support product sales and new opportunity development; Pitch essential customers to support business growth; Provide technical and sales support to dealers; Dealer dynamic management keep business steady and healthy growth 2. Collect market intelligence and propose market strategies Collect competitors’ product, pricing, and promotion information Conduct survey in market places to understand end users’ requirements Collect feedback for Mercury products & policies. 3. Work with cross-department to increase work efficiency Work with Marketing to improve brand awareness Work with supply chain to ensure engine supplied in time Work with Service team to provide good after-sales service 4. According to company policy and market demands, keep stock volume & value at a reasonable level Prepare reasonable engines stock & parts / accessories, submit monthly Mercury engines’ production forecast report Keep updated with the engine production lead time and submit engine order requests Qualifications: - College above education with Marine engineering is prefer - 3 years above work experience with dealership management or key accounts management experience - Team work & self motive - Have good communication and personnel relationship skill. - Working under pressure and often domestic traveling
