Professional skill requirement (including certificates, etc.):
Bachelor degree in related major mechanical;
Experience in quality system for at least 3 years and familiar with IATF16949;
Experience in supplier quality management or internal auditors.
Good knowledge of English
Familiar with the QM/SQE procedures (Internal auditor certificate (IATF16949);
Familiar with IATF16949 5 quality tools
Software knowledge: SAP, MS-Office and Quality related software.
Responsibility/Tasks description :
Responsible for the PWO Supplier Management from QM-side, including supplier audit, potential supplier audit (in cooperation with PUR), PPAP of raw material approval incl. reviewing open actions with the target of 0 failures.
Responsible for supplier quality problem solving. Take action and preventive problem repeat.
Responsible for 8D-management with Suppliers and reviewing the optimization actions;
Evaluate monthly supplier quality performance report correctly and timely;
Any other tasks that are given by direct superior.
