Duties and Responsibilities: 主要职责
1.Manage customer orders and forecast, develop, maintain, and communicate rolling 4-week Manufacturing Build Plan
管理顾客订单，制定、维护、沟通至少4周生产计划
2.Export and release production order to the production line on time.
按时将生产订单导出并发放至生产线
3. Assist related department and head to make equalized production plan
协助相关部门和负责人制定均衡化生产计划
4.Establish and maintain Baseline Inventory Buffers, support manager to monitor and Manage Finished Goods Inventory Levels, AX Inventory Accuracy
建立并维护安全库存基准，监督和管理成品库存水平和AX库存准确性
5.Define related AX parameter, Review Backflush Errors for subassemblies and purchased parts
设定相关AX参数，处理半成品和原材料的倒冲错误。
6.According to the information from internal sales to arrange the customer delivery plan & returned shipment from customer Drive for 100% customer OTD.
根据内部销售提供的相关信息，协助安排顾客交货计划以及退货装运以达到100%的顾客OTD
7. Experience in warehouse management
有仓库管理经验
8.Continuous improvement and optimization
不断改进和优化流程
9.Perform the other tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Specifications： 岗位要求
1.College degree or above with relevant experience
大专以上学历或具备相关经验
2.Familiar with software, AX system is prefer.
熟练使用办公软件，AX系统 或D 365***。
3.2-3 years experiences on production planning and control, inventory management, master scheduling.
2至3年的涉及生产计划和控制、库存管理以及总体计划方面的经验
4. Strong PC and systems skill
较好的使用PC和系统的能力
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
较好的分析能力和处理问题能力
6.excellent ability to relate to colleagues and resolve interpersonal conflicts
