Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist TCCS team leader on developing products for key customer. - New raw materials sourcing. - Formulation and making process development. - Lead Lab trail - Lead plant trail - Assist buying for sourcing related tools and equipment. 2. Documentation: - Working together with department documentation technician on draft new raw materials and package specification. - Draft plant trail and production specification. - Draft finished product specification and provide the PLM information to department documentation. 3. Products modification: - Focused on key customer needs for the modification of products formulation etc. - Working together with project team on updating the related information. 4. Costing controlling: - Work with finance on cost calculation for new products. - Design the product formulation according to the request from customers. 5. Products cutting: - New product development for new variant product. 6. Sensory test: - Organize sensory test if needed. - Making related report. 7. Customer visiting: - Visit key customer and demonstrate with our products. 8. Transportation test: - Arrange the transportation test and performance test for the new products.
Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree or above in food science or related field. 2. 3+ years working experience in Dairy and Non-Dairy company or related food industry, UHT experience is a plus 3. Experience in food companies or food factories, exposure to foreign company environment will be an advantage. 4. Good presentation, problem solving skills, innovative approach and be able to apply concepts to application, 5. Speaks and writes Chinese, good understanding of written/spoken English. 6. Computer literate and willing to travel extensively throughout China.
