工作内容： 支持样品间制作的样件功能测试 维护/维修测试设备和设施 保持测试设备/设施处于良好状态 保持测试设备和设施处于良好的5S状态 管理设备和备件。 减少关键设备停机时间 负责构建负载箱和相关线束 帮助测试工程师进行2个班次的测试（如振动和盐雾测试） 适当的 协助校准活动 根据测试程序和规范进行其他测试（示例力/扭矩测量，使用万用表测量） 及时报告测试数据 遵守健康和安全法规 处理领导给出的任务 Support prototype shop sample testing Maintain / repair the test equipment & facility Keep the test equipment/facility in good status Maintain the test equipment & facility in good 5S Manage the equipment and spare parts. Decrease the key equipment shut down time Responsible to build the load box and relative harness Help test engineer to conduct test (Such as vibration and salt spray tests) in 2 shifts as Appropriate Assist the calibration activity Conduct other tests according to the testing procedures and specifications (for example force/torque measurement, measurement with multi meter) as appropriate Report testing data in timely manner Comply with health & safety regulations Deal with the tasks given by the leader
2+ years or more working experience Basic electric and/or mechanical knowledge Be able to use multimeter, be able to produce test cable and solder PCBs Knowledge in PLC, compressor, refrigeration is preferred. Knowledge in MCU, computer, network skill is preferred. English in writing and speaking is prefer Work experience in the automobile industry and perhaps in the testing area is preferred Good teamwork
