Qualification岗位要求:
? Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing /Industrial Engineering or similar
自动化、机械设计、机械一体化、机器制造、工业工程或相关本科学历
? At least have over (Senior:5, Junior:3) years design work experience in customized automation
machinery
至少初级三年或高接六年以上自动化设备行业设计工作经验
? Be familiar with mechanical automation design theory(positioning, guidance, transmission) 熟悉机械设计原理（定向、导向、转动）
? Be familiar with automation machinery standard component/system selection, be able to make feasible and creative machine concept and design
熟悉非标自动化的标准件/系统选型，能作出合理性及创造性的机械和设计方案
? Be able to solve the open point list in troubleshooting phase
能解决调试阶段问题项
? Be family with additional knowledge in technology module (visual system, soldering...etc.)
熟悉技术模块的附加知识(系统视觉，焊接等)
? Be familiar with Microsoft Office, ERP/SAP, Auto CAD. CATIA will be a priority
熟悉办公软件，ERP/SAP, Auto CAD, CATIA 优先
? Strong study, problem-solving and analysis ability
较强的学习，问题解决和分析的能力
? Good teamwork spirit and service consciousness, strong skills in communication and under pressure

Duties and Responsibilities工作职责:
? Be responsible for 3D modelling and generating of 2D drawings, BOM …etc.
负责3D模型和2D图纸的生成，BOM表等等
? Be responsible for making the requirement of specification

? Develop, maintain, and improve automation processes to assure the production, which meets customer requirements
开发、维护和改进自动化流程，以确保生产符合客户要求
? Take part in the research and discussion for new projects
参与新项目的调研与讨论
? Support procurement to find right suppliers and be responsible for discussing technical feasibility with suppliers and confirm related technical parameter
支持采购开发合适的供应商，负责与供应商讨论技术的可行性并确定相关技术参数
? Support supplier to solve problems of his responsible project during the assembling and debugging period
在其负责的项目组装和调试阶段协助解决现场问题
? Responsible for machine safety
负责机器安全
? Take fast action to analyze the root cause for the quality issue happens on the production together with Quality Department, apply engineer tool and data to ensure the reason reliability
与质量部门一起快速分析生产过程中发生的质量问题的根本原因，运用工程工具和数据确保可靠性
? Be responsible for management of spare parts, to ensure the equipment is running stable, reduce downtime
负责配件管理，确保设备运行稳定,减少停线
? Be responsible for management of technicians
