Maintain existing customers, providing solutions for shaping a joyful lifestyle. 维护现有用户,提供创造愉悦生活方式解决方案; 7. Identify and develop potential customers, collaborating with marketing for promotions. 开发潜在用户,与市场部合作,开展营销活动; 8. Manage NIO space operations, continuously improving the user experience. 展厅运营,不断提升用户体验; 9. Support new store openings, ensuring the continuation of our culture and values. 支持新店开设,确保文化和价值观传承。
Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher, any field. 本科及以上学历,专业不限; 2. Experience in the retail industry (international hotels/ automotive/ luxury goods/ education preferred). 具备零售经验(国际酒店/汽车/奢侈品/教培 行业优先); 3. Passion for cars and high-quality products. 热爱汽车及高品质的生活和产品; 4. Ambitious, with a strong desire for personal growth. 渴望发展,有想法、有追求、有目标; 5. Excellent business development and negotiation skills. 优秀的商业拓展能力和商务谈判能力; 6. Fluent in Mandarin; proficient in English reading and communication preferred. 普通话标准,有良好的英语阅读和沟通能力者优先。
