职位描述
1. Responsible for all quality related issues or concerns at customer's site ,
* To perform verifications on customer incoming rejects and production rejects,
determining the causes, owner responsibilities and establishing countermeasures.
* Scorecard follow up, Monthly DPPM follow up by weekly performance report
* Onsite Sorting activities management and follow up
* Resolve RMA & feedback to MFC of on site quality issue on a timely manner,
* Collect line fall out data from the customer site
* Perform trend analysis and advise factory.
2. Liaison and a bridge for MFLEX Quality and Customer , Window of communication of all
quality issue’s onsite verification ,
3. Participate in quality improvement program and Conf Call Quality Review,
4. Be proactive in interacting with customer frequently. quick responsive and reaction while
dealing with customer complaints.
5. Vsit customer,onsite service,provide counseling for customer if necessary.
6. Any other duties assigned by supervisor and Management.
1. 负责客户现场所有与质量有关的问题。对来料不合格品和生产不合格品进行验证，确
定原因，业主责任并制定对策。
*计分卡跟踪，月度DPPM跟踪，每周绩效报告
*现场整理活动的管理和跟进及时解决现场质量问题的RMA并反馈给MFC;
*从客户站点收集线路跌落数据进行趋势分析并向工厂提出建议。
2. 作为MFLEX质量与客户的联络桥梁，所有质量问题现场验证的沟通窗口，
3.参与质量改进计划和Conf Call质量评审;
4. 积极主动地经常与客户交流。处理客户投诉时反应迅速。
5. 对客户进行现场服务，必要时为客户提供咨询。
6. 主管和管理层安排的其他工作

1. Be Honesty, Diligence, Hardworking, Committed, Be responsible, With good moral and
personality.
2. 2 years+ working experienced in PCB/FPC fabrication process quality control.
3. 2 years+ working experience in dealing with customer quality at least.
4. Familiar with Quality tools, 6 sigma, RoHS Directive, IPC-6013/610, 8 D, MSA, and ISO9001
etc.
5. Good presentation skills.
6. Good computer skills: Familiar with Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint.
7. Good English communication both in writing and spoken.
8. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
9. College degree in electronic or mechanical is preferred.

8. 具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力。
9. 本科以上学历，电子或机械专业优先。
