Job responsibility 岗位职责：
１.According to working instruction of maintenance, perform maintenance and rework working on product.
按照维修作业文件要求，对产品进行维修和返工作业；
２.Maintenance, tracking, customer communication, defective informaion analysis, summary and feedback;
不良品维修分析，跟踪，客户沟通，不良数据的分析，总结和反馈；Defective product
３.Complete filling repairing report forms, analyze repairing results, and present professional report;
完成维修报表填写，并对维修结果进行分析，给出专业报告；
４.Update repairing working instruction, training to technicians on repairing skills and support repair line and training; repairing instrument maintenance;
维修作业指导的更新，维修技术员的技能培训和维修线技术支持和培训，维修设备的维护；
５.Customer communication and support;
客户沟通和支持；
６. Work closely with other departments, cooperate to improve quality, raise proposals on cost reduction and efficiency improvement by professional skills
与其他部门紧密协作，利用专业技能，配合质量提高改善，提出降本增效建议；
７.Follow rules and regulations of company, complete temporary tasks assigned.
遵守公司各项规章制度，完成公司交办的临时工作任务.

Requirement 岗位要求：
1.College degree or above, major in electronics related
大专及以上学历，电子相关专业
2.5+ years working experience on testing engineering
五年以上相关电子产品维修分析相关工作经验
3.Regular command in English language with listening, speaking, reading and writing
英语具备一般的听，说，读，写能力
4.Good computer skills in MS Office
熟练操作office办公软件
5.Good electronic technology knowledge, good technical analysis ability, be familiar with repairing operating instruments, good soldering skill, be familiar with manufacture/testing/repairing technical documents.
良好的电子技术基础，良好的问题分析能力；熟练使用维修仪器，具备较高的焊接技术；熟悉生产、测试及维修作业文件；良好的客户沟通能力。
